Finally...
I finally went last night to pick up The Annotated Hunting of the Snark, by Lewis Carroll, from Barnes and Noble last night. It is every bit as awesome as I expected it to be. Oh, if only I had the time to just sit down and read the whole thing.
I am a bit of a Lewis Carroll nut. I suppose I do have a bit of a tendency to go for the unusual books. Good writing + psychologically strange and nonsensical things (Lewis Carroll stuff) or science concept-related poetic prose (Cosmicomics) or heavy symbolism and analogy (Flatland) or just anti-utopian content (too many to list, but 1984 is near the top) is awesome.
