...with this recipe, but halved.
These are okay, but my first impression was that they're a little drier than I'd like? I've never made biscuits from scratch before, though, so it's likely my own inexperience rather than the fault of the recipe. EDIT: They're actually pretty good, now that they've had the chance to cool. I judged too soon!
Either way, they're pretty good with jam.
I also cooked actual food yesterday - nothing very sophisticated, but more cooking than I usually do. I sauteed some vegetables (squash, zucchini, mushrooms, onion) and then added them to seasoned couscous. Simple, but tasty!
